PRScs 是一种用于计算多性状基因风险评分(Polygenic Risk Scores, PRS)的方法,特别适用于全基因组关联分析(GWAS)数据。PRScs 是 Polygenic Risk Score - Continuous Shrinkage 的缩写,它的主要特点是在计算 PRS 时引入了连续收缩(continuous shrinkage)模型,从而对多种基因变异进行联合分析。
PRScs 的主要特点包括:
