资源介绍:
解压后有两个文件夹，一个train，一个test，两个文件夹都有十个子目录，分别是十类目标的SAR图像，图像为100*100的灰度图像Target Chip Listing for zsu234 at 17°:
The target chips are organized by aspect angle.
Because of the number of files, the chips are broken down
further into "quadrants":
0° to 89°, 90° to 179°,
180° to 269°, 270° to 359°.
Note that due to sequestering not all SAR data is
available at all aspect angles.
Clicking on the SAR data chip file will display the Phoenix header in your browser
Clicking on the JPG file will display the SAR image in your browser
NOTE: JPG files are for illustration purposes ONLY, during the conversion from raw format to jpeg (.JPG) format, the resolution was degraded.

本程序采用JAVA编写，能够j实现学生成绩的录入、查询以及查看排名的基本功能，程序里面包含了两个交互界面，一个是控制台的交互界面，一个是采用Swing的可视化界面，大家按照需求自行选择即可。压缩包中包含Mysql建表的sql文件。
基于WebRtc实现安卓视频一对一聊天的demo，里面包含了用socket简单写的java服务器，里面的地址改成自己电脑的本机ip4地址即可测试。

2. 实时播放
3. 视频流实时转换为Mpeg-Ts
4. 改变码率，改变I帧间隔
